American drummer mostly known for being a member of the metal band Cannibal Corpse. He also has some side project bands, called Umbilicus and Heaven's Gate.
He first began performing as a drummer in 1987.
He became a vegetarian in 2002. Besides drumming, he is also credited with doing guitar work and most of the lyrics of Cannibal Corpse's songs. His other side projects venture into the genres of hard rock and crossover thrash.
He has one daughter and got a divorce in 2019. He lives with his family on a few acres of land, with animals.
He and Alex Webster are fellow band mates and founding members of Cannibal Corpse.
