Pakistani international cricketer. On his One Day International Debut in 2017 he made history as the second Pakistani batsman, and 13th overall, to score what is called a century on debut. In 2019 he was in Pakistan's Squad for the 2019 Cricket World Cup. In March of 2022 he competed in Australia. Later in 2022 he was signed by Somerset to play in the County Championships in England.

He made his Test debut for Pakistan against Ireland on May 11, 2018, scoring a half-century which was critical for the team's win. In 2018 he was awarded a central contract by the Pakistan Cricket Board.
