Victor Slezak is an American actor, producer, and director who has been a staple of stage, screen, and television for over 30 years. His earliest influences in entertainment came from the Warner Brothers Theater and his parents' living room TV. His talent and efforts were recognized when he was asked to read the Book of Genesis aloud to his church congregation. He was offered a scholarship to study acting at Ohio State, but instead moved to New York City to pursue a career in visual art. He was on the fast track to become an advertising art director when he was asked to paint scenery for the Chautauqua Opera Company. He then stage managed variety acts at the Cedar Point Amusement Park and began to hunt for books on acting. His first professional jobs came from regional theatre, and he eventually moved to New York City to pursue acting. He has since appeared in a variety of roles on stage, television, and film, and is a member of the Actor's Studio and the Ensemble Studio Theater.
