Public schools until the 8th standard and always wanted to be part of showbiz. After being noticed by MTV, she started modeling for Nokia, Star Movies, Pepsi, and Titan watches. In 2003, she was offered a role in 'Paap' which got her noticed and subsequently offered a role in 'Zeher' which made her famous overnight. She has also been involved in political awareness and was a presenter in the '49th Filmfare Awards'. She is currently reviewing offers and considering acting in commercial movies.
