Professional offensive lineman that was first taken by the Washington Commanders as a sixth round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft. He was later signed by the Denver Broncos in March 2022. He has also played for the Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings, New York Jets and San Francisco 49ers during his NFL career.
Prior to being drafted, he played college football at the University of South Dakota. Following his 2011 season, he was named an FCS All-American.
He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Philadelphia Eagles during week one of the 2013 regular season. He appeared in Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! as a reporter.
He was born and raised in the Rosemount, Minnesota area. His cousin is fellow NFL player Will Compton.
