Retired central midfielder that has played primarily in countries such as Denmark, France and Germany during his sixteen year career. He is primarily known for his years with AJ Auxerre during the mid-2000s. He also played for the Danish men's national team during his career.
He initially joined the Hvidovre IF youth club as a teenager in 1997. He later joined Brøndby in 1998.
He made his official international debut while playing against Team Ukraine on April 30, 2003. He entered the game as a 14th minute substitute in a 1-0 victory. Following his lengthy and illustrious playing career, he became a football coach. He began his coaching career at the youth level, before moving up to become an assistant on Denmark's U-16 national team.
