Actor, personal trainer, multi-British/European Champion and World Gold Medalist in Taekwondo who established significant renown as one of the stars of the BBC2 martial arts game show Masters of Combat. As an actor, he has accrued an extensive list of additional credits, including Dead or Alive, Knock Out, and Transporter 3.
He made his acting debut in 2001 on an episode of the action/adventure television series Lexx. A few film appearances later, he was featured in a fight scene with the legendary Scott Adkins during the opening sequence of the 2006 action film Undisputed 2: Last Man Standing.
In February 2023, he was inducted into the World Martial Arts Master's Hall of Fame in Bangkok, Thailand. He is an avid philanthropist and has raised money for organizations such as UNICEF, Fighting for Cancer, and Romanian Orphans.
