Professional right winger who was taken by the Winnipeg Jets as a first-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft. Shortly after being drafted, he decided to play college hockey at the University of Michigan. He was later given the opportunity to play for Team USA during the 2023 World Junior Championships.
Prior to his professional career, he played hockey for the United States National Development Team. In 2022, he won a silver medal while playing with Team USA during the World U-18 Championships in Germany.
While serving as team captain for Team USA, he won a gold medal at the 2021 Five Nations tournament. He led his entire team in goals scored during the tournament.
Growing up, he lived with his family in Lincoln, Nebraska. He also has a younger sister named Molly.
