Philippe Foriel-Destezet is a French businessman born in London in 1935. He is the founder of Ecco, a staffing company that was France's largest supplier of temporary personnel by the 1980s. In 1996, he merged Ecco with Klaus Jacobs's Swiss firm Adia to create Adecco, a staffing firm that now employs more than 33,000 people full-time across 5,100 branches in over 60 countries.
