Former radio host, comedian and actor best known for being the host of the Mirakkel comedy show. He has also gained recognition from his appearances on the comedy shows Sunday Suspense and Hi Kolkata. Due to his notoriety, he was once given the Kalakar Award.
Prior to his career as a radio host, he attended Umes Chandra College. He first began his radio career in 1995.
He received his first career acting role in the 2006 film The Bong Connection. He later received his second acting role in the film Notobor Notout.
He lives along with his wife, Soma, and their daughter. He is a native of Murshidabad, India.
