Michael C. Gwynne is an actor born in Detroit, Michigan in 1942. He was the son of a 1940s and 1950s band leader and a nationally known radio personality in the 1960s. Gwynne broke the Guinness Book of Records for nonstop drumming in 1965 and went on to sit in with many R&B bands. In 1969, he met a producer in Hollywood who offered him a part in a show, which was his first big break into features. He went on to work with Steven Spielberg in a TV show and has since had a long career in acting for radio, TV, and the big screen. He is currently writing scripts and living in the Westchester region of New York, where he still plays the drums from time to time.
