Historian and author known for being an expert on the Second World War and the Cold War. He has written extensively on Japanese war crimes, POW camps, Nazi war criminals, the Holocaust, famous escapes, Adolf Hitler, and other Nazi leaders. He has published books including 2016's Castle of the Eagles: Escape from Mussolini's Colditz and 2019's Operation Swallow: American Soldiers' Remarkable Escape From Berga Concentration Camp. He has earned more than 1.9 million followers on his Mark Felton Productions YouTube channel.
