Mexican television actor and radio personality who is best recognized for his performances as the infamous bandit Chucho el Roto. He was one of the great actors during the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema.
He was hired by the radio station XEVT in the early 1950's.
In 1990 he portrayed Inspector Pacheco on the telenovela En Carne Propia.
He was the father of two sons and two daughters.
Both he and Gonzalo Vega were cast on En Carne Propia.
