Apparel designer who rose to fame as a teenager designing and selling her original FishFlops. The company made it's appearance first in trade shows throughout 2010 and by 2013 could be found in nationwide stores like Nordstrom. Her ingenuity and hard work has earned her interviews with outlets like The Today Show, Seventeen Magazine, and Forbes.
She began drawing little ocean characters as a child. At eight, she outlined a flip flip, drew in her characters, and presented the drawing to her father as "FishFlops." Thus, her company was born.
Active in charity, she has donated thousands of her merchandise to charities like the Texas Children's Hospital and she teamed up with the Association of Zoos and Aquariums to provide a portion of her profits to endangered species.
She grew up with her family in Galveston Island, Texas. She was inspired to draw her seaworthy characters by her many trips to the beach as a child.
Both she and Brian Wong gained popularity as young entrepreneurs.
