Linda Regan was born in 1949 in London, England. She is the daughter of a comedy magician, agent and comedy band leader, and left school at an early age to pursue a career in acting. She has appeared in repertory theatre, the West End, and the Royal Shakespeare Company, and has had a successful career in television and film, including a regular role in the hit HiDeHi comedy series. She is also the author of a series of successful crime novels.
