Actor who starred as Morpheus in The Matrix and portrayed Dr. Langston on CSI. His other credits include Apocalypse Now, Mission Impossible III, Ride Along and Othello.
After his parents' divorce, he graduated from Lincoln Square Academy. He began his career with a role on the soap opera, One Life to Live.
He was the first African American actor to portray Shakespeare's protagonist Othello, after he was cast in Oliver Parker's 2005 adaptation.
