She was part of HTV's Wales junior drama workshop and hosted her own show, 'The Gen', at the age of 15. She trained at the Welsh College of Music and Drama and moved to London to pursue her acting career. She starred in Miramax's 'Human Traffic', BBC's 'Tiger Bay' and 'Casualty', ITV's 'The Bill' and 'London's Burning', and BBC America's 'Torchwood'. She also trained in Los Angeles and has had roles in Fox's 'Prison Break', Sci-Fi's 'Scare Tactics', and HBO's 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'. She will soon be seen in the upcoming comedy 'Detention' with Josh Hutchinson and Dane Cook.
