Starting pitcher that was originally drafted by the Kansas City Royals during the 2011 Major League Draft. He was later signed by the San Francisco Giants in March 2022.
He initially began his professional career playing for the Burlington Royals. He pitched in seven games before being promoted to the Idaho Falls Chukars.
He is also known by the nickname "June Bug." In 2019, he became the first pitcher since Masahiro Tanaka to win at least nine games in each of his first three MLB seasons.
