English midfielder who has played for New York City FC in the MLS. He was selected as the #1 overall pick in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft by Chicago Fire and later traded to New York City. He was NYC FC's Player of the Month in June 2016.
He moved to the U.S. when he was 14 years old to attend Berkshire School in Sheffield, Massachusetts.
He was one of the only freshman to have made any of the three All-American leagues. He won the Atlantic Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year and First Team All-ACC and MAC Hermann Trophy in 2015.
