Soccer coach and former professional soccer player who is well known for his terms managing the Bristol Rovers, the Queens Park Rangers, and Blackpool Football Club. He initially gained fame playing professionally for the Bristol Rovers and Queens Park Rangers.
He began his career apprenticing with his hometown team, the Bristol Rovers, finally turning professional in 1981.
