Singer, songwriter, and reality television star of Food Network's Ace of Cakes, he was the executive sous chef at the setting for the 10 season-long reality series Charm City Cakes.
An apsiring musician, he was trying to make ends meet and began working as a model builder for an architecture firm. When his best friend from college Duff Goldman called him to help him decorate the lavish cakes he had begun creating for costumers, he joined the endeavor that would become Charm City Cakes.
He and Goldman began catching the eye of the Food Network with their creative designs. Their first appearance on the Food Network was in Food Network Challenge, where they created a Halloween Haunted House cake for the Halloween episode in 2005.
He became the surprise heartthrob while Ace of Cakes was on the air and had thousands of women sent him love letters and emails every month. But he was happily dating co-star Jessica Curry at the time.
He was rumored to be joining the rock band The Clutch, led by frontman Neil Fallon, who is Charm City Cakes' manager Mary Alice Fallon-Yeskey's brother.
