Outfielder who made his MLB debut with the Texas Rangers in September of 2023. He was selected by the Texas Rangers in the second round of the 2020 MLB draft. He was part of a historic Texas Rangers team that won the franchise's first-ever World Series championship in the year 2023.
He attended and played for Elizabethton High School. He subsequently played college baseball at Duke University.
He has openly expressed his Christian faith. In April of 2021, he went on a hike with his friends in Surprise, Arizona. In 23 games in 2023, he batted .306 with 5 home runs and 12 Runs Batted In.
In December of 2022, he got married to Kaylen Carter.
