The formed the band known as The Isley Brothers, and Jasper's first studio appearance was on the album it's Our Thing. Jasper left The Isley Brothers in 1984 to pursue the spin-off group Isley-Jasper-Isley for which he sang on the hit single, "Caravan of Love."
