He has also appeared in numerous plays, including Prelude to a Kiss, Topdog/Underdog, Enron, Jitney, The First Breeze of Summer and Clybourne Park. He has been awarded an OBIE, a VIV [AUDELCO] and a Theatre World Award, and has been nominated for the Drama League and Lucille Lortell awards. He has also directed the Signature Theatre Company revival of August Wilson's The Piano Lesson. Brandon can currently be seen in FX's The Americans and Ed Burn's Public Morals on TNT, and will soon be seen in Baz Luhrmann's new Netflix series The Get Down.
