Malaysian pop singer and Actress based in Singapore. She propelled into stardom after winning the Chinese singing competition Campus SuperStar in 2013. She was the first female winner since the television competition's inception in 2006. She is signed with MediaCorp. Her debut album Bonnie was released in October 2014.
Since the age of five, she had competed in over 300 singing competitions in her area. She began taking singing lessons at the age of ten. She attended Riverside Secondary School in Singapore. Despite winning the competition and receiving a management contract through MediaCorp, she wanted to finish her studies before pursuing music full-time.
Along with a management contract, she won the part in Glass Anatomy The Musical in which she performed with Taiwanese singer Ding Dong.
She was born Bonnie Loo Mee Yee in Ipoh, Malaysia, and moved to Singapore when she was twelve years old.
In 2015 she began acting in Singaporean television dramas, including Tiger Mum in which she starred alongside Yao Wenlong, Julie Tan, and Ian Fang.
