American organizational psychologist, author, and professor who has taught at University of North Carolina and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He hosts the popular podcasts WorkLife and ReThinking, and founded a web-based SaaS company called Give and Take with fellow professor Wayne Baker.
